We can SHINE together

We can SHINE togetherWe can SHINE together

At Family Mental Fitness North East CIC, we provide a wide range of mental health, wellbeing, and therapeutic programmes for children, young people, and families.

We work in schools, community spaces, and family-friendly venues, making it simple to get the right support at the right time. Subsidised costs are below.

We heavily subsidise costs for families but aim  to provide most of our programmes free of charge through funded places for families in need.

We also welcome direct bookings from public services and offer competitive rates, these can be found in each programmes impact and outcome sheet below.
