Kay Pace, MRSPH is the Founder and Lead Therapeutic Practitioner of Family Mental Fitness North East. She brings a public-health-informed approach to prevention, early intervention, and emotional wellbeing, with a particular focus on children, young people, and families.
Kay has a professional background in education, SEND support, and family mental health, and is a Registered Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society (MHS) and a Member of the Royal Society for Public Health (MRSPH). Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, ethical practice and aims to create accessible, compassionate support within community settings.
Joining us soon is Sprout, our therapy-dog-in-training.
He is following an approved Kennel Club Good Citizenship training programme before moving onto specific temperament and behaviour training and testing.
