Family Mental Fitness North East CIC works alongside schools, alternative provision, Early Help teams and community organisations to deliver early-help wellbeing support for children, young people and families.
Our programmes support emotional regulation, expression and connection, helping pupils feel calmer, more confident and better able to engage with learning and relationships.
We complement existing pastoral, SEND and SEMH provision, offering flexible, relational support without long waiting lists or high referral thresholds.
