At Family Mental Fitness North East CIC, we offer a range of gentle, accessible wellbeing support for children, young people, adults and families.
All of our services are shaped by our Better Together approach and are designed to build regulation, expression and connection through creative, sensory and relational work.
Support is available through 1–1 sessions, small group programmes and community-based activities, delivered in schools and local venues.
